This will start with a pool swim followed by the beach practical session consisting of RUN,SWIM,RUN, TUBE RESCUE, BOARD RESCUE, SPINAL CARRIES & PATIENT ASSESSMENT.
We will run 4 proficiency dates ONLY. To reduce time required on the Friday evening a proficiency paper and reference guide will be available on the website within the next few weeks which you need to complete and bring into the evening sessions.
This must be completed prior to attending the Friday night session or competency cannot be awarded.
Please note: state, branch and club level proficiency assessment requirements have been reviewed and require each individual to be able to demonstrate all competencies required for each award.
